Every inbound shipment follows a structured receiving process before inventory becomes available in your account.
Unload & Inspect
Trailer condition visually inspected. Shipment compared against BOL and packing list. Pallets unloaded and staged in receiving. Cartons visually inspected for damage.
Verify & Count
SKUs verified against PO or client manifest. Quantities counted or spot-verified per SOP. Any discrepancies documented immediately.
Label & Log
Product labeled if required. Inventory entered into WMS. Pallets moved to assigned racking location based on product type and storage requirements.

Inventory becomes available in All In View. You see updated stock levels in real time. Product is ready to pick, pack, and ship.
