Unload & Inspect

Trailer condition visually inspected. Shipment compared against BOL and packing list. Pallets unloaded and staged in receiving. Cartons visually inspected for damage.

Verify & Count

SKUs verified against PO or client manifest. Quantities counted or spot-verified per SOP. Any discrepancies documented immediately.

Label & Log

Product labeled if required. Inventory entered into All In View. Pallets moved to assigned racking location based on product type and storage requirements.

Available in System

Inventory becomes available in All In View. You see updated stock levels in real time. Product is ready to pick-pack-ship.

What types of fulfillment does J.M. Field handle?
We handle marketing fulfillment (printed materials, branded kits, field sales support), ecommerce fulfillment (direct-to-consumer order shipping), product fulfillment (wholesale and retail distribution), and subscription/kitting programs. All run through the same warehouse and All In View platform.
How fast do you ship orders?
Orders placed before our daily cutoff time ship the same day. We support UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL carriers with real-time rate shopping to find the best rate for each shipment.
How does inventory receiving work?
You ship your inventory to our warehouse. We receive it, count and inspect it, and add it to your All In View platform. You can see live inventory levels at any time. We will notify you automatically when stock drops below your defined threshold.
Can you fulfill orders from multiple sales channels?
Yes. All In View integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, BigCommerce, and other platforms. Orders from all your sales channels feed into one queue and ship from the same inventory pool. You see a unified view of all orders and inventory.
What happens if an order is shipped incorrectly?
We maintain quality checks at pick and pack. If an error does occur, we resolve it immediately — reshipping at no cost to you and investigating the root cause to prevent recurrence.
How do you handle seasonal spikes?
We forecast with clients ahead of peak periods, bring in temporary labor when required, and extend shift scheduling to nights and weekends. When possible, we pre-build kits in advance to stay ahead of demand surges.
