How long does it take to set up ecommerce fulfillment?
Most ecommerce integrations are live within 1–2 weeks of receiving your inventory. The timeline depends on the complexity of your store setup and how quickly we receive your initial stock shipment.
Do you offer custom packaging for ecommerce orders?
Yes. We can pack orders in your branded boxes, mailers, or poly bags. Custom inserts, tissue paper, and branded tape are also supported. Share your unboxing requirements and we will configure them into your pack spec.
How do returns work?
We can receive and process returns per your instructions — restock, inspect, quarantine, or dispose. All In View logs return activity so you can see what came back and why. Return rates are tracked in your dashboard.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship with UPS, FedEx, and USPS, and offer LTL freight for large orders. Our system rate-shops across carriers for each order to find the best combination of speed and cost for your service level requirements.
